Hello, my name is Christian Hundt. I will turn your chalet holiday into a culinary experience. We produce all the ingredients for our dishes ourselves or obtain them from selected partners in the region.

Laird breakfast
Start the day energetically with our large breakfast buffet in the manor house. Would you rather take it easy in the morning? We will bring you a richly filled breakfast basket to your chalet.
It´s Coffee Time
Relax in the afternoon with coffee and cake specialties on our sun terrace at the manor house.
Landgut Dinner
We serve a four-course dinner three times a week in the manor house. Choose between three different menus. From traditional delicacies to Carinthian specialties. A special summer highlight is the barbecue evening with Bauer Heinz and his Gutshof barbecue specialities.
Bread baking experience
Once a week we heat up the wood-fired oven in our bakehouse. Join us and experience this original experience. Shape the loaves, enjoy the scent and watch the crust turn golden brown.
The highlight for anglers
Fresh fish from our own ponds or from the torrent. We would be happy to prepare your catch deliciously for you.
Barbecue with a mountain panorama
For barbecue lovers, we offer the opportunity to prepare delicious organic meat products from the region in your own chalet and enjoy them in the mountain panorama. It doesn't get any better!
