The area is surrounded by spacious fields, which are reaching our own forest. Plenty of space to rump around together at every season of the year.

Many of our chalets are perfect for a vacation with your dog in Carinthia, Austria. The fenced-in property offers your four-legged friends plenty of space to run and play, while you enjoy your getaway with breathtaking views of the mountains and the estate.

All our chalets come equipped with cozy dog houses, soft blankets, as well as food and water bowls (available upon request).

Private dog beach: Bathing pleasure for dogs

Your dog loves swimming and splashing around? We have a awesome private dog beach!

Insider tip is a hidden fish pond in the our forest. Here you can let your dog swim away from the village. The bathing pond in the chalet village is only reserved for two-legged guests.

Traveling with Dogs in Austria

  • For a vacation in Austria, dogs require an EU Pet Passport, a valid rabies vaccination, and a microchip for identification.

  • While staying in Austria, you must carry a leash and a properly fitting muzzle, and use them when necessary. It is also recommended to have liability insurance for your dog for added security.

  • Dog owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.

  • Hiking trails are cleared even in winter, allowing you to enjoy extended hikes with your dog year-round.

  • At our estate, there is plenty of space, so dogs are allowed to roam freely in certain areas.

  • Bags for dog waste are available in the chalet village.

  • Please note that dogs are not allowed in the bathing house and in certain areas of the restaurant.
