Ground floor barrier-free: Large eat-in kitchen with grandmother's farmhouse stove and cosy corner and SAT TV, double bedroom, bathroom with shower and bath tub, separate WC

1st floor: Double bedroom with cot, bed-sitting room with double bed, extra bed and Sat TV, bathroom with shower and WC

Beds

The beds with fresh covers put on upon arrival feature Tempur-feelgood mattresses for a relaxing sleep. Cots are available on request. Please request this with your booking.

Babies

For babies, a changing table, a baby bath tub, a high chair, bottle heater and Babyphone can be booked in advance.
 

Balcony terrace

Ground floor: large lockable patio with wooden table and benches, deckchairs, sunshade, own garden area with own Hot Tub.

Catering

In the A season you can choose between self-catering or full- or half-board.  In the C & B season, all units can be booked only together with the country estate gastronomy. Find more details here.

Infrastructure

Shopping options, doctor, vet and pharmacy available in Obervellach, about 5 minutes away by car. A hospital and further shopping options can be found 25 km away in Spittal/Drau.

Washing & drying

If you want to do your washing or drying, you are welcome to use our central laundry and drying room in the holiday village at the covered parking lot. There you can use our washing machines and dryers or hang up your skiing and hiking gear to dry. 

Parking

 Our chalet village is car-free. Of course, you can drive up to your chalet after check-in and before check-out, or to unload your shopping. For the Premium-Chalet there are covered parking spaces available near the estate house. Additional parking can be found near the estate house.
