Three authentic alpine lodges, which formerly stood high up on Alpine pastures above the “Mölltal” Valley, have recently found a marvellous plot of land in our holiday village.
The original appearance of the small ancient houses, their lean architecture, small windows, traditional floor plans and solid timber walls, has been entirely preserved. However, inside they boast modern equipment including all amenities.
All our historic Alpine-style holiday homes have a furnished terrace with cauldron fire pit and a small garden.
The new 120 m² "Hof Chalet" can accommodate 4-5 persons. Through a spacious entrance hall you entry the cozy "Bauernstube" with fully equipped kitchen. The highlight of the "Bauernstube" is the large, old tiled stove for cold, cuddly winter days. Adjacent to a large bathroom the 2 separate bedrooms guarantee restful sleep.
The Alpine Cottage, offering 120 m² of living space, accomidates up to eight people. It is composed of a spacious rustic open plan living area with grandma’s stove, fully equipped kitchen, an Alpine-style dining area, a sofa to cuddle up and flat screen satellite television as well as a bathroom with bathtub and a separate toilet on the ground floor. The first floor features two bedrooms with double bed and a balcony. The attic floor provides a dorm with four single beds, a washbasin and WC.
“Müllnerhaus” Cottage next to the waterwheel, has been converted from a former grain loft. The holiday home, having a size of 90 m², can accommodate 4 people. The ground floor consists of the cosy living area with grandma’s stove, a sofa to cuddle up, flat screen satellite television, a fully equipped kitchen and an Alpine-style dining area as well as a bathroom with shower and WC. The first floor provides a double bedroom and another bedroom with two single beds.
Our “Sennhütte” Cottage, which formerly stood high up in the mountains, boasts of 90 m² living space and can accomodate up to six people. The ground floor is composed of a homely living-room with grandma’s stove, a settee to cuddle up and flat screen satellite television, a fully fitted kitchen and an Alpine-style dining area as well as a bathroom with WC, a double bedroom and a smaller bedroom with two single beds. A staircase leads from the living-room to the attic featuring a dorm with mattresses for two persons.
