Farm Chalet

Chalet in Carinthian style of building materials with original solid wood box windows, large terrace and private biotope, lovingly decorated in country style with wooden furniture.

Location

Sunny location, right at the farm entrance next to the estate house, just next to the equestrian facility (not directly in the chalet village) tiled stove

Ground floor: large kitchen and cozy living room, bathroom with shower, toilet, 2 double bedrooms

Beds

The beds with fresh covers put on upon arrival feature Tempur-feelgood mattresses for a relaxing sleep. Cots are available on request. Please request this with your booking.

Babies

For babies, a changing table, a baby bath tub, a high chair, bottle heater and Babyphone can be booked in advance.

Terrace

Ground floor: large lockable patio with wooden table and benches, deckchairs, sunshade, own garden area.

Heating 

Kitchen, bathrooms and hall floor heating, in rooms with wooden floors radiators

Catering

 In the A season you can choose between self-catering or full- or half-board.  In the B & C season, all units can be booked only together with the country estate gastronomy. Find more details here.

Cooking facilities

Premium kitchen appliances with wood-fired oven, electric stove with 4 cooking rings and oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee machine, Nespresso machine, blender, tableware, cutlery, BBQ Grill, premium cooking utensils, sugar, spices, tea, coffee, detergents, kitchen roll and tea towels.

Internet Entertainment

Each house with its own Wi-Fi connection, fast Internet thanks to glass fibre connection. Access will be provided at check-in. Flatscreen SAT TV in the eat in kitchen , radio in the kitchen, small library, SuitePad

Infrastructure

Shopping options, doctor, vet and pharmacy available in Obervellach, about 5 minutes away by car. A hospital and further shopping options can be found 25 km away in Spittal/Drau.

Washing & drying

If you want to do your washing or drying, you are welcome to use our central laundry and drying room in the holiday village at the covered parking lot. There you can use our washing machines and dryers or hang up your skiing and hiking gear to dry. 

Parking

Our chalet village is car-free. Of course, you can drive up to your chalet after check-in and before check-out, or to unload your shopping. For the Premium-Chalet there are covered parking spaces available near the estate house. Additional parking can be found near the estate house.
